My back is destroyed, the last 2 months were not fun, it's getting better lately so i started going to the gym again, got on the treadmill and made 45min of inclined walk... Now my left hip hurt like a bicht.

To be clear, it's just t-shirts and grunts, but fuck, they last so much longer than more expensive shit.
I have about twenty blue t-shirts that comprise my daily uniform* and the ones from the Tu range have kept their colour and shape way better than the 'proper brand' stuff I have.
