After Affinity, now Canva has made Cavalry completely free too. These two apps are great alternatives to Adobe CC and completely free.

I got kicked off all of Creative Cloud except for Bridge this morning. I can't get that much done in that situation so I had to call IT, which I hate. Luckily, no one was badgering me for deadline stuff in the half hour it took to get back up and running.

I felt like it was a bit limited but don't take my word for it. I didn't watch very long. I prefer manipulating things visually, rather than using nodes. If I had to stop using After Effects, I would sooner try Autograph which is Maxon's free equivalent.- And Punches for everyone on YouTube who puts stupid faces in their video thumbnails.CyBrainX

Adobe on Thursday said it is acquiring Topaz Labs, which offers AI models for video and image enhancement, and that it will make it a part of its creative business.

Did my annual "cry poor" schtick with them just now after my plan was increased to almost $70/month.
Said I was living almost in poverty and couldn't afford more than $27/mth...so they reduced it to $23/mth.
Happy days...even though I hate giving them money.

Adobe Photoshop costs too much and tools like GIMP don’t feel familiar enough for me to stay in flow. That’s why I built Compositor.
The goal was to create a full-featured image editor that is completely free and open source. I use Photoshop for compositing and post-processing, so Compositor is built around that workflow - with the tools needed to create a pixel-perfect final image.
Because it’s open source, you can download the Xcode project and add, remove, or modify any feature to fit your needs.

Stop creating shortcuts on my desktop for Adobe Express. I've never used it and never will. The only icons I want on my desktop are for the drives and the trash. Put your garbage on someone else's desktop. This is for Windows 11.
