Hey everyone,
Does someone know how to set up a online voting poll that only lets one person vote at a time.
I don't want to block I.P. address ether.
Does anyone know a way??
Thanks so much.

As an "ex-pat" (AKA Alien) I was able to vote yesterday.
I can't wait to see the results in November, but then again politicians keep mentioning "jail" for some of these assholes so I'm a bit worried about what trump may have up his sleeve.
