JGTC RE Amemiya RX-7.
I saw this car in person at a JGTC and out of all the cars this thing sounded awesome! This video is a poor example, but when it hits a straight and really opens up it sounds amazing, the Rotary engine just cranks.

Jaguar XK120. The sound that thing makes is just beautiful. That or a 69' Camaro.
Ferrari F430 has the craziest sound I've heard yet though. Like a dirtbike on steroids or some shit.
