this is whats gonna happen, the site is too minimal and masses dont like that minimal, they are gonna add some shit color to it. OR some kind of colored offer to make it "POP"

Visual design aside, I have to applaud the IA. Usability and fundability is pretty sound. The clear choice navigation (Shop or Support) works well. Unfortunately, I'm not a Bell customer so I can't check out the My Bell area.
