i like it more if there's only one foot, and i like how the symbols of the foot and cross sort of come together through the shape of the frame they are in, they flow down towards each other, thus melting clinic and foot together.

i must say i like the idea of the illustration as well, no. 6.
it may need some work, but it is kind of charming, less cold and clinical..
