    • When you make a mix, do you 1. simply compile stuff you listen to anyway, or 2. go look for new tunes specifically for a new mix or 3. a combination?jagara
    • Basically "My Beatport" compiles all the new tracks from artists and labels I follow, I go thru that, grab them, usually cut a few, and if I'm lucky i'll have aBANKattack
    • chance to listen before hand but often dont have time so I'm usually mixing blind for all the new dubs. Then have a folder of favs for the 2nd have of the show.BANKattack
    • Often, I'll mix by key (b flat etc) which makes some stuff a bit easier to blend but not always since there are many styles and keys anywayBANKattack
    • Do you DJ live?jagara
    • no, I pre-record the sets because my show is smack in the middle of the work day though many bassdrive dj's do.BANKattack
    • Pre-record as in an editor, or a recording of a set you do at home?

Sorry for all the questions, just interested :) jagara
    • The set is a live dj recording, straight me mixing songs continuously for two hours.BANKattack
    • Thanks :)jagara
    • Oh, and congrats :D Focused too much on the DJ questions!jagara
