Quick question. Is it legal for me to sell this photo print? I mean with the signage and brands and all?
- yes, you can sell prints. The only issue you 'may' have is if you chose to license the photo to someone else.Gnash
- thanks Gnash!HijoDMaite

- No permission from people in it or the business owner required? Genuine question - I have no idea.detritus
- ^ not for a print.Gnash
- with "prints' you're not transferring license to anyone.Gnash
- fuck it it's going up. I have a disclaimer that says "OK to sell per Gnash"HijoDMaite

- Wouldn't you have to get a building release from the owner of the shop, anyway? And wouldn't a release cover such sticky things as old Pepsi logos?Continuity
