  I wouldn't hold my breath for 64 bit. If you have Lightroom 2 you can switch it to run as an 64 bit application. I don't see any difference in speed.

  • Any real speed-difference for lighroom libraries would be RAM and HD speed. 64bit for processing images should see an increase, depending on the operation.pylon
  • a speed bump, depending on the operation at a hand. More processors is more noticeable than 64bit, likely.pylon
