  have you tried a hard reset?... 3 buttons held down... power, home and (hmm what was the third.. volume?)

  • Its just power and home button. Hold it and keep holding after 3 cycles. And let go of the homeJSK
  • Or home + power and hold until it does one more cycle, release home when you see apple.JSK
